Keeping it in the family at Rothwell

Living close to family

and friends was a

priority for Codey

and his fiancé Sharni.

The couple recently

purchased a home in

Dacland’s beautiful

Rothwell community

in Tarneit, and several

family members are

following suit!

Codey’s older brother Jake is

purchasing at Rothwell along with

his sister-in-law Jasmine.

“Rothwell is close to both my

family and Sharni’s family, which

is really important to us as these

are the people we love to spend

time with,” he said. “Obviously the

school and shops being nearby is a

key factor too, and Rothwell is close

to where we work, which makes it a

perfect location for us,” he added.

“We’re going to build a new,

modern family home and hope to

have kids. When we were looking at

property it was top of mind to find

a community that was really ‘us’

where we could build and enjoy

our home.”

Codey is in the construction

industry and worked on the first

stage of construction at Rothwell

so he has literally seen the new

community evolve from the ground

up. Apart from being so intimately

acquainted with his new home, his

status as a Western Bulldogs fan

who plays for the local football

club means he’s likely to feel very

at home at Rothwell.

“Apart from all that, Rothwell is

close to everything we need and not

far from the city,” he said.
