Nitin and his wife,

Joanne are delighted

to be living in a

premium location

at the Villages of

Rothwell. The couple

who both work nearby,

are looking forward

to their new life in the

community.

“Rothwell is very well located

and so easy to get around. We like

having access to the freeway, it

makes our commute to work each

day easy,” said Nitin

“Having the train station and

proposed shopping centre nearby

will also make it a fantastic

place to live.”

Nitin and Joanne, used to live in

Wyndham and are looking forward

to raising their daughter Diya, 3,

close to family and friends.

“Being close to friends and

family is a priority for us. Our

friends live in Wyndham, which is

very close by. My father regularly

stays with us too, we have plenty

of room for him in our new

home,” said Nitin.

The couple have built a 4

bedroom, 2-bathroom home with

Burbank and are amongst the

first families to be living in the

community. They are looking

forward to meeting more of their

neighbours and becoming part

of a tight knit community.

“Most of our street is still

building, but we enjoy regularly

chatting with our new next-door

neighbours. We are looking forward

to meeting more neighbours in the

next few weeks, and becoming part

of the Rothwell community.”

My father regularly stays

with us too, we have

plenty of room for him

in our new home,”

~ Nitin.
