It’s an exciting time
at Dacland with the
final land releases
at King’s Leigh in
Werribee, Lochaven
in Cranbourne West
and Wynbrook in
Wyndham Vale,
and many residents
starting to build their
homes across our
communities.
As the streets and neighbourhoods
begin to grow, we are committed
to creating places where people
love to live. In each community, we
place magnificent local parks and
walkways within minutes of every
home encouraging residents to
get outdoors and connect.
Last month we began planning
for a massive central park at
Wynbrook that will have plenty
of space for neighbours to meet
and play. We also planted Nyssa
Sylvatica Forum trees along
Strathlea Drive at Lochaven
(see article on page 5). Dacland
Managing Director, John C. Dwyer
believes that Dacland creates
