to registering more stages at

partner, Josemond

were delighted by the

The couple, who first met

volunteering at the Braybrook and

Maidstone Neighbourhood House

a couple of years ago, are looking

forward to settling into a peaceful

lifestyle in Lara.

“Our builder introduced us to

Manzeene Village and the more we

learnt about it, the more appealing

it became. We were looking for a

small community, with access to

everything we need.” said Cheryl.

“We visited the local area on

weekends and fell in love with

Lara’s country town feel, it will be

the perfect location for us to settle.”

They have decided to build

a four bedroom, two-bathroom

home with Metricon. Cheryl is

particularly looking forward to

her new kitchen and outdoor

entertaining space.

“We have decided to create

a large kitchen, which is really

exciting because I love cooking and

cannot wait to prepare meals in our

new home. We will also have a nice

outdoor entertaining space which

will be a lot of fun,” said Cheryl.

The couple who are currently

renting in Braybrook, are looking

forward to becoming home owners

in their new community.

“It is really exciting to join a new

community, we are looking forward

to meeting new people and starting

a new, quieter life at Manzeene.”
