There’ll be food, entertainment and plenty of fun activities for all to enjoy. Manzeene Avenue, Lara customercare@dacland.com.au Proud grandparents, Noel and Fay Evans, have given their grandchildren a helping hand by purchasing a block of land for each of them at Wynbrook. The couple plan to gift the blocks to each of their three grandchildren, the first of which, Jordan, has already received her special gift. Noel and Fay said the community of Wynbrook was a fantastic investment for their young grandchildren to enter the property market and they were proud to have the opportunity to gift them a home. “The area is going to continue to develop and it will be a great community for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren to live in,” he added. Currently renting in Altona North, Jordan, her partner and two small children, are excited to begin the next chapter of their lives in their own home in Wynbrook. With Noel and Fay’s farm just down the road, Wynbrook is positioned perfectly for Jordan to have the support of her family and take advantage of the extensive amenities that Wyndham Vale has to offer. Having two children under the age of 3, Jordan believed that it was important to build a home close to schools, a medical centre and parks for them to play. “Wynbrook mapped out the future of our family. It doesn’t just have what we need right now, but what we need for our future,” said Jordan. In addition to location, Jordan and her partner, Nathan, were also enticed by the affordability of the area, an important consideration in establishing their family home. “It’s a great pocket of Melbourne to buy in as Wynbrook’s affordability means that our grandparents were able purchase this block for us. We look forward to building on the land and being able to live comfortably, without the stresses or strain of a huge mortgage,” Jordan said. Jordan, her partner and two small children, are excited to begin the next chapter of their lives in their home at Wynbrook.
