Residents at Rothwell created their own Neighbourhood Watch Facebook Page. The first residents began building at Wynbrook. The Westwood Sales Office and community activity centre officially opened. We welcomed the first residents to Lochaven. All the homes in the Manzeene Display Village have now opened. King’s Leigh officially sold out. Monthly highlights Last year, Dacland welcomed 675 families to our communities, many of whom have started construction on their homes. With the final blocks now selling at Lochaven in Cranbourne West, King’s Leigh in Werribee and Wynbrook in Wyndham Vale, we couldn’t be more excited for the year to come. This year, we will begin construction on the first community amenities at King’s Leigh in Werribee and the Villages of Rothwell in Tarneit. These large local parks will soon become intrinsic to the lifestyle of these communities, providing plenty of space for neighbours to meet and play. As the streets and neighbourhoods begin to grow, we are committed to designing places where people love to live. In each community, Dacland values connectivity to local parks and amenities, and is committed to delivering these assets within minutes of every home. Dacland Managing Director, John C. Dwyer is thrilled to see Dacland’s vision being brought to life. It’s very exciting to see the communities we once imagined become a reality, as the first residents begin to make our communities their home,”said John. “Our communities offer residents a unique and connected lifestyle with transport connection, local business hubs and established community centres nearby.” Page 2 ~ Summer 2018 Published On Behalf Of Dacland Pty Ltd
