Dacland - Living today (Edition 13)

The couple who currently live in Truganina, with their 3-year son; Tony, wanted to be close enough to walk to the local train station for work. After driving past the Rothwell sales office, Jack found the perfect block to build a home for his family. “I work as a migration consultant and regularly commute to the city for work. We decided to purchase a block at Rothwell, that was only 1km away from the train station so that I can leave my car at home and walk each day,” said Jack. Since purchasing his block, several of the couple’s friends have also purchased land in nearby streets. “We’re looking forward to having our friends nearby, it’ll be great on weekends when we can spend time with them at local parks,” said Jack. The couple plan to build a spacious home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space for the family to relax and play. “On the weekends I like to read books, play basketball and watch movies. I am hoping there’ll be plenty of spots where I can relax with a book at home and in the local community,” added Jack. “We decided to purchase a block at Rothwell, that was only 1km away from the train station” – Jack, Rothwell Purchaser Page 3 ~ Summer 2018 A Real Sense Of Place / Free
